Dr. Petra Gümplová is a Fellow at the Max-Weber-Kolleg, University of Erfurt. She holds a PhD from The New School for Social Research, New York, USA. She specializes in political and legal theory and her research fields include natural resources, territorial rights, human rights, constitutionalism, democracy, and global justice. Her book Sovereignty and Constitutional Democracy was published in 2011 with Nomos. Currently, Petra Gümplová works on a book on natural resources and justice.
