Felicitas Siek is a junior policy advisor at GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit). Since 2010 she is working in the anticorruption and integrity program that advises the German Federal Ministry for Development and Economic Cooperation in promoting partner countries anti-corruption efforts. Felicitas Siek holds a B.A. in Philosophy and Economics (University of Bayreuth and Moscow State University) and a masters’ degree in Public Policy (Willy-Brandt-School of Public Policy). Her research interest is measurement of good governance and corruption as well as result-based monitoring and impact assessment of anti-corruption efforts. Besides she is an active member of Transparency International.
